The list of applicants that have been selected to receive the FY 2023 National School Lunch Program (NSLP) Equipment Assistance Grant for School Food Authorities (SFAs) can be found in the link below.

The New York State Education Department (SED) received 719 applications for approximately $5.5 million in equipment purchases. SED has awarded 159 grants to 86 SFAs, for the purchase of $1,810,487 in equipment to support student access and participation in healthy school meal programs.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
